Rafael was born and raised in Stockton. He attended the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law and graduated in 2012. Shortly thereafter, Rafael became the managing attorney of Miller Law Corporation where he started working as a receptionist in 2006.Rafael is passionate about helping injured persons. Having practiced exclusively in Personal Injury, he understands the needs of persons who have suffered an injury as the result of an accident.
