My lawyer failed me on multiple deadlines. Documents were typically sent to me LATE in the evening for review while I was traveling or during work related assignments. Come to find out my appeal had multiple typos in it, which I asked to be corrected and weren't. During the case a CD was not received by the judge which was reviewed and received poorly upon arguments on my behalf. This attorney did not state when she left the firm and the state of how my case was left. Unfortunately, I had asked for a new attorney from 2010-2014 and the firm never offered me another attorney. Certain things had to be cleared up with the firm in regards to billing of certain things during depositions. One such typo and lack of assurance in the delivery of the case recently resulted in the reason for why it was lost. The attorney didn't ensure the Commission received the report.
