Rachel did a lot for me, she's the best lawyer ever. Without Rachel I don't know where I will be right now, she help me get my citizenship and she still checks up on me everyday making sure I'm doing the right thing. She always preaching to me now Durrhan you know nothing's guaranteed but she always makes it happen for me, and honestly I truly do appreciate you Rachel Rao.
I am very thankful we found Mrs Rau. She is the best immigration Lawyer I have met. She helped me with my mom residence and visa status. One of the most honest Lawyers I have come in contact with. I most definitely recommend her to anyone who needs help in this matter!
Where do I start? Rachel began assisting me with the immigration process for my wife 5 years ago. I've known Rachel for approximately 7 years now. She assisted me through a difficult process (at least I thought it was) and made it so simple. My wife is from Mexico and Rachel helped us through the entire process effortlessly. She removed much stress from our shoulders and it was truly a gift from God to have met her and work with her during this process. She's extremely efficient, reliable, honest, and very reputable. I can't recommend anyone better. There are too many "bad" immigration attny's that will take your money and do nothing Rachel is not one of those. I'll never forget the first time I meet with her to discuss the process of my wife's citizenship. She told me she would review the information and decide if she would take on the case. Most attny's would have just accepted right then and there. NOT Rachel, she wanted to make sure that in fact we were doing things correctly and there was no financial gain or misc reason for my wife's citizenship that it was in fact that we love each other and wanted to live together in Miami. Thank you Rachel for always assisting and for being there at a moment's notice!! You truly are the best at what you do!
My wife and I recently used Rachel Rao as our attorney for my green card (permanent resident) application. it was amazing to see how much time and effort Rachel had put into the documentation and evaluation of all the information and application forms that were submitted to USCIS. she did an awesome job in not only sending the application on time, but also in reviewing the documentation to make sure that everything was taken care of and covered prior to the interview. we had no trouble getting an interview because of the thorough and meticulous work that Rachel had invested in our case. Rachel helped us through each step of the process. From the very beginning in understanding what the application meant as far as travel etc and then also how we could potentially affect work and the legal status, all the way upto the interview. even though we weren't planning on Rachel to be there for the interview, she was kind enough to follow through to make sure we had everything ready and prepared prior to the interview. Thanks to her, we didn't have any issues, I mean no issues at all, and now I will be getting my green card soon! If you want a trustworthy attorney who has the experience and knowledge in immigration, has your interests in mind, and can deliver positive results we would strongly recommend going with Rachel Rao. We had a very good experience working with her. Good luck in your search!
Ms. Rao is an excellent lawyer when it comes to cases involving immigration. She is helpful and informative by her knowledge dealing with immigration. She helps you understand the outcomes and advises the smart paths to take in your case. As long as you are honest and specific in what you need help in, she is able to excel greatly in her work pointing out various steps that need to be involved. She keeps everything up to par when it comes to being professional. She is an excellent representative to help you with your case.
One neighbor recommended Dr. Rachel Rao to me when my wife was deported to Haiti. Dr. Rao used all her professionalism and her legal skills to help me get reunited with my wife in Miami. In addition, she charged me much less than two other lawyers I contacted before her. Dr. Rao treated my case with such a dedication and commitment that I would rehire her or recommend her to the whole world. The good thing about her is that she brings a satisfactory outcome out of difficult cases like my own. Dr. Rao, I am grateful to you for using your legal career to help me and countless others.
i highly recomend this lawywer for any immigratoin cases shes very determained and focused
I had an extremely complicated case which spanned years of errors, incomplete information, conflicts and seemingly unsolvable matters. I came to Mrs. Rao after having spoken with several attorneys, all who took my money and left me in as deep and dark a hole as I had ever been, without answers. From the very beginning I was impressed by the attention she paid to every detail on my case. She began work immediately and she seemed like a non-stop machine, searching for documents and seeking solutions. Her dedication, hard work, attention to detail and commitment to serving her clients is nothing short of remarkable. My case involved working many long hours through many months, and not once did she lose any momentum. I have recommended her to a couple of individuals with challenging cases who were also helped, and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone in need of an superb immigration attorney. I am happy to say that my case has finally been settled with a very satisfactory conclusion.
she has always completed my work and has given me great results
I did not have a great experience with this lawyer. She was not very organized, she did not respect my time and she made disrespectful comments. Every time we agreed on an appointment or the time to follow up, she seemed to have forgotten it, she cancelled, or she simply just complained..oh, I am working on a case, I dont have time that day..!!! ??? of course you re working on a case - I thought .. This became the most frequent frase she would use. Very often, just after I left her office, she called me right back to correct herself and change the document requirements that she had given me regarding the process. She knew that I had to get my documents from overseas. One day after my green card application packet was complete, she told me she forgot that I also need copies of my affidavitt holders ID and they need to sign the paper. She asked if I could get it from all of them by the next day. It felt like she had been doing this the first time. Often I had 3-4 messages on my voicemail with her inconsistent, confusing thoughts, or once even an appointment cancel message that was meant for another client. The main issue was that even if I made it clear for her that I am taking days off from work to meet with her, she cancelled, she didnt have time or she forgot about those days and changed her mind on me. At the end she said that I didnt care about my green card. This made our relationship so tense that she would answer my phone calls like: "What's up"? Even though I tried to stay professional with her. I do not recommend this person to anybody. My case was very easy, everything was in place. I can only imagine how she would handle herself in a more complex case. I feel like I wasted the money , all he trips down to Hialeah and I could have done a much better job myself!
