About
Rachel is a native Texan and proud graduate of Rockwall High School. Raised in a family of Longhorns, she attended the University of Texas at Austin where she received her B.A. in English and graduated with honors. After graduation Rachel moved back to Dallas and worked for Eberstein Witherite, LLP until she began law school. Rachel graduated Cum Laude from SMU Dedman School of Law. While in law school, she was an extern for the Honorable Judge Renee H. Toliver of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, and served as Editor-in-Chief of the SMU Science and Technology Law Review. Rachel always knew she wanted to be a personal injury trial attorney and during law school took every opportunity to sharpen her skills. She competed for SMU in mock trial competitions throughout the country and was a regional finalist in the 2014 National Trial Competition. The SMU Board of Advocates recognized Rachel as a Master Advocate during her second and third years. Whether it is work, school, or volunteering, Rachel is passionate about whatever she does and wanted to work for a firm who advocated just as passionately for its clients. Based on her time with Eberstein & Witherite before law school, she knew she would find that dedication here. Rachel is excited to rejoin the Eberstein & Witherite family. In her free time, Rachel enjoys watching movies and spending time with her husband and their rambunctious dog Walter.
