Kiron Kothari is a fierce advocate for the advancement of employee rights. Mr. Kothari provides counsel to employees in both the private and public sector, regarding such issues as workplace discrimination, sexual harassment, unpaid wages, contractual disputes, and unemployment benefits.Prior to joining Livelihood Law, LLC in 2021, Mr. Kothari worked as a Federal Investigator for the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, where he was inducted into the Chair’s Circle of Excellence. Mr. Kothari obtained his juris doctor at the University of Colorado Law School. In his free time, Kiron enjoys hiking and playing board games with his wife and son.
