Our journey with Rachel started with a waiver to J2 visa and ended some time later with green card. Rachel was always patient with us (it took us some time to collect all the documents) explaining every step, responding to emails and calls and following with any necessary requested documents. To make this review even better, I should add that during this process we moved from MA to TX so we had some problems with permanent address and the USPS (we were not getting mail for some time after flood -2017). I believe our case was probably one of the more complicated but even with everything what happened we managed to get green card and it was because of Rachel. Thank you again Rachel!

Attorney Rachel Casseus is a specialist in the area of immigration law. She is well-informed about the wide range of laws, and bylaws which are directly related to the immigration processes of an international scholar. Her work on preparing applications for EB1, EB2 and NIW channel of immigration is extra-ordinary and very impressive. The fees that Attorney Casseus’s office charge is also competitive, and the immigration applicant can find flexibility in paying up the fees. Rachel gives delicate attention to details, which obviously negates any chance of mistake in the application forms. Most importantly, she gives enough time to an individual candidate to learn his/her plans of action regarding the application, and does a series of one-to-one meeting with the candidate, which really helps to submit the application form with zero error. She is extremely punctual, and has a great work-design, which leads to great result in the immigration application. I am definitely very happy and impressed with the working-mechanism of Attorney Cassesu’s office for immigration purpose, and I am also planning to do all my immigration related work through this office in near or far future.

Hello Rachel, today we receive the GREAT news of our Permanent Residence Approval, I will try in a few lines to describe the immense gratitude we have to the universe, for giving us the blessing of crossing paths with you and your amazing dedication and perseverance, to obtain what we thought was impossible. We have worked hard to build a place we can call home in a land far away from our own, leaving family and friends behind for a dream we thought was unreachable, until now. A thousand thanks to you for believe in us, and never give up, your work give us hope that this is truly the land of freedom. I really, really appreciate all your effort for the approval In this immigration process. You are amazing!

Rachel Casseus came into my life l, when I needed a trustworthy lawyer on that very second. I started doing the 601A Waiver for my husband by myself, due to the prices lawyers were charging me. After putting all the information together, I really needed a lawyer to check everything I had done without overcharging me like most lawyers out there, to make sure it was 100% right, since dealing with immigration can be very difficult. So that's when I met Rachel, she was literally an Angel in my life. She did not over charged, because I did my research before actually choosing her. Being very stressful, and feeling overwhelmed, Rachel was there for me anytime I needed her I could just email her with questions, that she would email me back right away, with all the information I needed. Rachel is THAT lawyer, where I could feel that everything would work out, due to her patience, organization skill and a great professional. Because of her today my husband and I had our interview in Brazil, and our whole process was accepted. Thank You Rachel, for being the great Lawyer you are!!!

I moved to Boston back in 2007, when I started attending my doctoral program in electrical engineering at Boston University. I graduated in 2011 and subsequently I worked for almost 2 years in a small semiconductor company. In 2013 I joined the Research Laboratory of Electronics at MIT as postdoctoral associate. When I heard that my colleague at MIT had had his green card approved through the National Interest Waiver process, after asking what an NIW was, I decided to pursue the same path. The NIW process is meant for people that have an advanced degree and with exceptional abilities. I firmly believe that technology will ultimately make the world a better place, and innovation will continue to be crucial to the success of the United States in today's global economy. Therefore, this country needs people with advanced degrees and exceptional skills to stay and create new jobs and opportunities rather than using such skills abroad. Working with the Law Office of Rachel Casseus was a game changer. Rachel understood my case in every single aspect and was able to put together a material that fully represented my story. She was a responsive, proactive and creative mentor. My case would have not been successful without her invaluable guidance.
