Rachel Carter holds the role of an Of Counsel attorney at Vanderpool, Frostick & Nishanian. Over her years as an experienced counselor, Rachel has focused on representing local Departments of Social Services.Rachel has also dedicated time to serving as a guardian ad litem, representing the interest of children in Virginia’s Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court.
