Racheal Fuller is the principal attorney at The Fuller Defense Firm. Her main practice areas are criminal defense and immigration. Racheal earned her law degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. She has represented clients facing misdemeanor and felony charges. She has worked on various immigration cases but now focuses her practice on humanitarian immigration visas/waivers such as Violence Against Women (VAWA) cases, U-visas, Asylum seekers and Temporary Protected Status (TPS) cases. Racheal also provides I-9 compliance assistance for businesses. She is committed to seeking and attaining justice for her clients through vigilant advocacy.
