Rachael E. Rubenstein assists clients with a variety of tax and fiduciary matters.  The majority of her practice is focused on resolving federal tax controversies.  Rachael has extensive experience representing taxpayers before IRS Appeals and IRS Collections.  She has also been the lead counsel in over twenty cases before the United States Tax Court.
