Brian is admitted to practice in the States of Colorado, Texas and Wyoming.  His practice currently emphasizes Estate Planning (Wills, Powers of Attorney, Living Wills), as well as Personal Bankruptcies (Chapters 7 & 13), Contracts, Business Entity Formations and Dissolutions (Corporations, LLCs, PCs, S-corps), Business Planning, Probate, and Adoption.Locally, The Daniel Law Firm is a member of the Better Business Bureau (with an A+ rating) and Brian is an active member of the Hays County Bar Association. In addition to practicing law, Brian is a husband of 20 years and the father of three wonderful girls.
