Hunter Bitner is a litigator whose practice focuses on civil litigation, construction defect litigation, product liability, medical and legal malpractice defense, insurance and insurance coverage disputes.    He is a member of the Construction & Design and Insurance Defense teams at Dunn Carney.  Hunter is a frequent speaker on issues related to construction defect litigation and is an active member of the Oregon Association of Defense Counsel.Prior to joining Dunn Carney,  Hunter was a partner at Hodgkinson Street LLC for three years and was a partner at Hoffman, Hart & Wagner, LLP .   A self-proclaimed Southerner, Hunter played three sports at Auburn University, and is addicted to “SEC football.”   He also enjoys golf, and as a former-chef, he enjoys cooking.
