hired this lawyer for a bankruptcy in august. after I payed him he has had no contact with me. I have called multiple times at his office and talked to rudely by his secretary. in the end still being left in the dark. it is now just before christmas, I have not been contacted even one time. I am on the verge of a garnishment. I was promised my case would be settled before the garnishment date. also, when I contact his office, he no longer gets on the phone with me. they say he will call me back and he doesnt. I cannot schedule a meeting with him because he is busy every day of the week when I try to schedule.

In January of this year 2018 I met with this attorney and left documents with him at his Sidney office about a bankruptcy .I explained to him I also had a garnishment he told me he would get started right away .He also told me NOT to pay any bills so I didn't .This is April he had not contacted me or he has not filed anything because he has not cashed the check I sent him to get it started . I called him 2 weeks ago he " said I will be in touch soon "I have not heard from him .Now I read that he has had more than one action against him .and has lost his license .
