As a single mother with a beautiful and intelligent daughter who has special needs I've been fighting and advocating for her rights ever since I can remember. It wasn't until a few years into elementary school that I knew I was going to need someone with a Bigger and Stronger voice than mine. We are truly grateful that we found Mrs. Grewal she has made such an impact in our lives and in my daughters education tremendously. Punam has helped and stood by my daughter not once but twice when schools have tried to take advantage of my daughter and her disabilities. Mrs. Grewal made sure to get back what the schools have taken from my Daughter and much more. She has given my daughter a greater chance to be successful and she will.

My son's transition to junior high school was a disaster!!! My husband and I spent two years fighting the school district without representation. We made every attempt to work with CNUSD. We spoke with several attorneys and decided that Mrs. Grewal would best represent our interest. She immediately filed a formal complaint with the Office of Administrative Hearings. She fought the district vigorously!!! Not only did Mrs. Grewal meet our expectations, SHE EXCEEDED THEM! Our son is now in a private school. His needs are being addressed. Unlike the school districts, Mrs. Grewal clearly understands the law and how it is applied. She leaves nothing on the table. She cares about kids and the future of our country. Mrs. Grewal was always polite, courteous, and available to us during the two years we worked with her. We are great-full for all her assistance and everything she did to get justice for our son. If you want someone who will get the job done, we recommend you give Mrs. Grewal the opportunity to discuss your situation. Feeling Blessed!

I am extremely grateful that my close acquaintance recommended Attorney Grewal to me in my time of despair. I rented out 2 rooms at my residence to a couple and their teenage daughter. While I was away, the male would get highly upset and irate and damage my property (interior doors, kitchen fixtures, screen door, windows, etc.. etc....) When I would arrive home, something was broken and required repair/ replacing "because all things break" If that wasn't enough issues I needed, I found out that i am terminal with an array of unforeseeable limitations. The tenant (male) obviously was drinking and what ever else and indicated that he was about to break the windows out of one of my automobiles parked in my residence. I asked him why, he replied that he also did not have the rent and was planning to stay there rent free. When I heard the glass breaking I hung up and called 911. The deputy never responded when I arrived at my residence. There I was confronted with my tennant holding a hammer and telling me he was going to kill me and restricting me access to my home. I called the 2nd time to the dispatcher to only have the responding deputy arrive with a solution of serve the tenants with a "restraining order to include an eviction notice" The deputy than left. I went to the station and contacted the watch commander who had a different officer take my report and arrest the tenant . The following day, the tenant's wife falsely accused me of returning to my residence and destroying my own property. The Initial responding deputy called me and asked to meet him at the station for closure with his report. Having done nothing wrong, I met with the deputy and the conversation quickly went from "do you remember" to "the tenant states you went to further damage more items at the residence" In disbelief I replied It's my house, I live there, I have a legitimate reason to return everyday and no I didn't damage anything that the tenant has already damaged. The deputy informed me that he didn't believe me and arrested me for destruction of private property and breaking and entering!!!!!!!!!!!!! In a nutshell. upon retaining Attorney Grewal, she not only had the tenants "restraining order" against me immediately dismissed, to include had the two felony charges dismissed as well. In total I was out close to $18,000.00 from rent, bail, utilities, representation, but I was back into my residence the following day after making bail. It's since been almost 2 years and there isn't a day that goes by I am thankful for another day dealing with my health, my family issues and life one day at a time. In the past I retained other attorneys for different issues and NONE compared to Attorney Grewal's aggressiveness in handling my case. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ATTORNEY GREWAL. Thank you a million times and more Attorney Grewal, God Bless you.

So glad Punam took my daughters case, I was trusting school officials because I knew them personally. When Punam read the IEP she found several violations in my daughters IEP. Upon finding the violations she acted on them immediately. We were in a meeting with the school officials immediately correcting the violations. I was on the verge of spending $7500.00 for a independent evaluation and because fiercely opposing the school district the ended up paying for the evaluation. Mg daughter has now gone on to college and furthering her studies while working hard everyday. I can't thank Punam enough for the dedicate and thorough work she did in my daughters case. Thanks again Punam.

Ms. Grewal is an excellent attorney! She's detail oriented and tenacious! I'd recommend her to anyone that has a child with a disability. Unlike most lawyers out there, she rolls up her sleeves and gets into the case and tears it apart - explaining everything she's doing from step one! She will tell you exactly what she expects from you; tells you what NOT to do, and is comforting in a sort of way not too many attorneys are. I'd recommend her in a heart beast. I put all my trust in her and she came through! I'm writing this review because I can finally sleep at night knowing that my child is safe and in the right school with the right services!!

Punam helped me with my divorce a few months ago. My ex and I had 3 homes, 2 business's and commercial property. I searched around for a law firm that could handle all of this, because my ex was not cooperating. I was fearful this was going to be a nasty divorce, but Punam took charge and I'm very please with the outcome.

Punam Patel Grewal is ready to go to bat for our kids with special needs, and that can't be said for all of the Special Education attorneys out there. She approaches the school districts with finesse, yet she will get in there and fight when it is needed. Punam is smart and uses those smarts to our advantage. I do wish there were more of her to go around, she has passion for our kids and for the law, but it can sometimes be difficult to get together as she is spread very thin. So many issues in special education and so few attorneys that actually care, this is one with heart!

I went to Punam Patel Grewal seeking help for my family case. The first 15 minutes were awesome because it was free and she tells you what you want to hear. She is like waiteress and I need to do my part which I did. I was excited I could get good representation. I gave her my retainer money. My hearing got postponed to a later date and never heard from them again. She told the court it was a internal error. Once the hearing was close they started calling me. Using up all my funds. The paralegal was the most rude careless person. They kept all my money. What did they do absolutely nothing. Then they asked me for 10k more. For her to represent me. No thank you. I am so upset just a waisted my money time. On what? Nothing. I hate them more than what I hate the system which failed me.
