The Initial responding deputy called me and asked to meet him at the station for closure with his report. Having done nothing wrong, I met with the deputy and the conversation quickly went from "do you remember" to "the tenant states you went to further damage more items at the residence" In disbelief I replied It's my house, I live there, I have a legitimate reason to return everyday and no I didn't damage anything that the tenant has already damaged. The deputy informed me that he didn't believe me and arrested me for destruction of private property and breaking and entering!!!!!!!!!!!!! The paralegal was the most rude careless person. They kept all my money. What did they do absolutely nothing. Then they asked me for 10k more. For her to represent me. No thank you. I am so upset just a waisted my money time. On what? Nothing. I hate them more than what I hate the system which failed me.
