I would send him all the info he needed and he would not get back to me for weeks. During my custody case, he didn't bring up relevant points to the case and got in a screaming match brought on by the opposing counsel. He didn't object to things that he had evidence for to prove my ex and his wife were lying. He was not aggressive at all. I am sure he could have done a better job. He was however a low priced attorney. I only had to pay a 500 retainer and he did not charge me anymore even though we were in court for over 8 hours. He berated me because I cried and I was upset over how the court treated the case and do so in front of my mother who thought it was uncalled for
