About

For Small Business Owners & Entrepreneurs: You are leaders with a purpose and drive. That’s why you started your business. But, eventually there will be legal issues that arise either with employees, vendors, or contracts. These disputes detract you from keeping your eyes on the prize.  When you have an attorney to reach out to when these thing happen, you are able to hand off the problem, and get back to your business.  Since I have a physical and virtual office, I can communicate with you from almost anywhere or anytime. You will not waste your valuable time on an office visit.  I also am able to offer alternative billing; including flat rate,  hourly, or a hybrid. Certain credit cards are accepted too. I have represented restaurants, bars, service station owners, franchise owners, LCC’s, corporations, partnerships, entrepreneurs and sole proprietorships.

I would give this attorney an F for everything all around. We were given misinformation about our case, rushed into a lawsuit, and then ultimately were threatened with withdrawl because we "couldn't pay fast enough" when we had AGREED to a payment schedule twice!!! Could not even procure a simple report as "pre discovery" so we had more information about what we were dealing with. Did not respond to emails and were left hanging as to what to do next with the response we recieved. Finally looked on the CA Bar Association website and found this attorney has done this BEFORE and had been disciplined for it!! Had to hire another attorney to complete our case.
