I would ask him to, at the very least, make the initiative to respond within 24 hours of you reaching out or have his assistant reach out. Outside of the communication issues I had, Phil was still great and he excels in his field. The fact that he was willing to listen to my frustration and act upon fixing the issue, shows professional growth and a genuine care for his clients...Thanks again Phil!
