 Philip L. Weiser is an experienced trial attorney, licensed to practice in Kansas, that is ready to help defend you against criminal allegations and represent you in Chapter 7 and 13 Bankruptcy cases in Kansas. Mr. Weiser has been a practicing Attorney since 1997 in Sedgwick and surrounding counties with great success in bringing the best resolution to his clients' cases.  Mr. Weiser can file under the Federal Bankruptcy Code and takes cases throught the State of Kansas. Philip Weiser earned his Bachelor Degree from Wichita State University and he Juris Doctoate from the Washburn University School of Law.  Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Weiser spent 15 years as a Police Officer in Sedgwick and Reno Counties, learning the intracacies of how criminal cases are processed and tried.  He has been able to draw upon this experience as well as his prior experience as a Deputy County Attorney prosecutor for Cowley County, Kansas in order to provide his clients with legal counsel that comes from an informed point of view. Mr. Weiser is a Christian Attorney whom his clients can expect to argue on their behalf with professionalism, competence, integrity and morality.
