1st, my wife and I went in to talk to him openly about our case to see if we even had one. Mr Jacobs, said we come to the right place and that he had cases, 100's of cases just like ours and that he had only lost one and it was a very unusual case. He said if we could get the money for the retainer by the end of the next day, he would get started on the paperwork soon as we left, they woul be ready to sign when we come in. We come in the next day with the money and payed then they said the paperwork would be ready Monday, this was a Friday, that would be ok, went by there Monday it wasn't ready yet it finally was ready that Friday. Then it was too late that day to get them sent to the court house, it would Monday. It took a month for the papers to get served. The court dates kept getting changed and changed again. We finally get a court that stayed 4 months in. We get to court none of my witnesses got served in time to make it, none of my evedence got submitted in time to be able to use.
