If first impressions are everything, my first impression was to hang up but I thanked her and disconnected the call. Mr. Duda should really look into getting better quality office staff because she is NOT it.

Some low points from my personal injury case. *Mr Duda accepted my case noting all required info to proceed with claims had already been gathered and catalogued. He told me 90 days to a settlement. Ten and one-half months was the reality. *100% staff turnover in his office during the interim of my case. *His legal assistant (receptionist) was unattentive to her job and rude, even to the point of yelling at me over the telephone. *A formal complaint with the Arizona State Bar Association was opened by me against Mr Duda. I keep meticulous records and was able to show the State Bar how Mr Duda would not communicate with me by telephone or email for over two months. *The final monetary settlement was poor. Mr Duda reached the bottom limit of the settlement amounts discussed on the day when my case was consigned to his firm. The only person to realize any substantial monetary gain over the 10 months was Mr Duda himself. ***I have consulted with and retained many attorneys for a variety of matters over the course of my adult life. To any consumer searching for an attorney, my advice regarding Mr Duda is DON'T !!
