I found Peter Wittlin after doing a Google search. I read his articles and did some research before getting a consultation from him. We quickly new he was the real estate attorney to go with because of his patience, knowledge and willingness to keep us informed every step of the way. I highly recommend an experienced attorney when looking around. We were able to get the results we wanted.
Peter was very helpful with my real estate issue I have a home with title issues and he was able to help me resolve this. I appreciate your patience and attention to detail.
Peter Wittlin and his firm have represented me after being referred to him in Irvine, California. I have used him for real estate, business formation and bankruptcy matters (preventative measures). I am very pleased with his services, the questions he answers. His fees are fair and he keeps you informed of the process, every step of the way!
Peter Wittlin was extremely helpful guiding me through the process and negotiating the contract for my new commercial real estate lease. His expertise helped me to save additional money upfront because of tax regulations that other attorneys had overlooked. I will definitely be using him again and recommending him to friends, family, and colleagues.
I found Mr. Wittlin on google when i was looking to consult/hire a knowledgeable real estate Attorney. I am very pleased with Mr. Wittlin's work on my real estate matter. I hope i do not have to be in the same situation again but if i do i know who to hire
I called earlier this week on phone he (Mr. Wittlin) told me for $50 (half hour initial consultation), I would get a "years of experienced legal expert" to advise options for my neighbor dispute case. I understand that he does not want to give out free advice on phone so I went there today. What a disappointment! The first thing he asked - "Have you paid $50 yet?" and then he asked about my case. As soon as he had learned the monetary value affected by my case is merely less than $1000, he lost his interest and was not willing to continue listening to my further questions and see my prepared evidences. So he patronized me with some common sense answers and told me that is what his advice and told me that we are done. Darn it, I still have more than 6 minutes left for my paid time! Before I headed out, he again mentioned "Make sure you pay $50 on your way out." Geez Louise, what a waste of my $50 to learn about a bad lawyer to whom I should never go again next time. I know lawyers have their attitudes but this guy not only disrespectful, patronize his client (me) and more importantly, short-changed the paid time of his client. Lawyers have both good and bad kind and he is definitely not the kind that I would categorize as good. I don't mind losing $50 today for nothing today, but I am just sad that I wasted my $50 on him.
