Alison Kinchla is an associate at Bernkopf Goodman focusing on complex business and real estate litigation. Prior to joining Bernkopf Goodman, Ms. Kinchla was an associate in the consumer financial services department at a large, international law firm.  She has represented a broad range of clients, including financial institutions, developers, mortgage lenders, and landlords in connection with a wide variety of real estate and commercial disputes in both state and federal courts, as well as in government enforcement proceedings. Ms. Kinchla also has experience defending financial institutions from consumer class actions, as well as from individual lender liability claims, including M.G.L. c. 93A, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Predatory Home Loan Practices Act, the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, and the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act.
