          Marianne is a graduate of Carrollton School of the Sacred Heart, Barry University, and the University of Miami School of Law. Mrs. Kircher has remained an active member of the Carrollton Community, having served on the Board of Trustees and the Alumni Council. In 2013, Carrollton recognized Marianne for her services with the St. Sophie Distinguished Alumni Award.          Mrs. Kircher has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1985. She is authorized to practice before the State and Federal Courts. For the past 29 years, she has concentrated her practice in the area of family and marital law. Her experience has been extensive and varied. She has represented many prominent individuals in the South Florida community.          Marianne is well known for her devotion to her clients and attention to every detail of their cases. Unlike many attorneys, she will always take the time to listen to her clients so she can fully appreciate all aspects of their case. By virtue of her background, education, and caring personality, Marianne is uniquely qualified to represent individuals in this sometimes difficult and emotionally trying area of the law.
