Peter is a partner and senior member of the Seattle Trial practice. Peter's practice focuses in the areas of complex litigation, securities, health law, general commercial, franchise, employment, and non-competition and intellectual property, including trade secrets, computer software issues and trademarks. Peter also has additional substantial experience in the areas of sports law, manufacturing litigation, and real estate litigation. Peter also has served as chair of the Seattle Trial practice.  Available and willing to serve as a mediator of civil disputes in state and federal court, Peter has successfully served as a neutral and party-selected arbitrator or mediator in several complex matters.
