My partner and I recently founded a small law firm in Minnesota. Mr. Brehm assisted us by advising us in the appropriate entity selection to meet our goals as partners in the firm, and drafted and filed our articles of incorporation. Mr. Brehm is accessible, good-humored, and very sharp. I would recommend him to anyone in need of business, commercial, or tax-related legal assistance or representation.
I've known Peter for about three years and have nothing but the utmost respect for him. His customer service was awesome, his legal research in my prospective field helped me define my market approach and supports me in practicing ethical business. He did a great job, put me at ease and Peter is just an all around great guy which is something I look for when choosing my business professionals.
I could not recommend any better attorney than Peter Brehm. Peter Brehm has always considered his client and the law to be the foremost interest when working on a case. It is often said that "you get what you pay for", with Peter you get more.
Peter relies on a tough guy approach to push people around and get his way. While this may work for some, it is not a good approach and one that cost me a lot. He led me to believe I had a case that was almost un-losable. As the case went on, I realized how bad my position was and if he was honest at the beginning I never would have pursued any legal action. Instead, I listened to Peter and lost a lot of money, business and personal connections and faith in lawyers as a profession. I would not recommend Peter to anyone.
