Peter A. Arhangelsky practices food and drug law, international food and drug law, deceptive advertising law, health law, contract and licensing law, civil litigation, appellate advocacy, regulatory compliance, and constitutional law.  Mr. Arhangelsky has represented clients in federal district court and before federal administrative agencies.  He has significant litigation experience in unfair competition and complex civil matters, including claims related to food and drug advertising, and administrative adjudications.  He has represented witnesses in depositions and in federal court.  He has worked on constitutional and administrative matters before the Food and Drug Administration, the Federal Trade Commission, the Drug Enforcement Administration, the Department of Justice, and the Environmental Protection Agency.
