I got the day wrong and didn’t go to court when I was supposed to. I got arrested after because of it. Perry got it all straightened out and got me a mew court date where he was able to reduce my charges. Go see him!

Mr. Mastromichalis , is not your typical attorney , he basis his fee on your ability to pay , not some set fee that will burden you for years to come. He is personable , mature and understands the law , communicates extremely well and is prompt with his responses .He has helped us with Real Estate, speeding ticket, problems with the neighbors, the Home owners association, all of the above.... He accepted money for representation, then lost all pertinent paperwork the day of the trial. He claimed "no problem" and stated that he could "wing it" only to ultimately loose the case. I would have been better off using my grandmother for representation! Don't trust this guy, do your research and hire a reputable attorney.

This attorney was hired by my son,he was given a retainer of 2,500.00 and he never did anything but lose the paperwork he was given.He drove around in my sons car,knowing it was up for repossession and then he took it to a dealer for them to remove the tracking device and was immediately taken out of the car and sent home in a cab.Never hire this man he will not represent you!!!!

My case was settled in September 2011 in mediation with another lawyer. It should have been settled the next day by simply delivering the paperwork from mediation. Mr. Mastromichalis wanted to type up something from his office and file it with the courts that same month. He never followed up with the paperwork to file with the courts. I have been waiting 6 months for this to be settled. We met last month, and he was going to file the paperwork by the end of the week - which he did not. I have been leaving him messages to find out the status, and he is not being responsive to returning my phone calls. I contacted the State Bar, and they are guiding me through how to handle this before a formal grievance is filed.

Did nothing but stand in front of judge and look.confused. completely forgot about case, even got me mixed up with another client, I suppose, in the.court room!!!
