His prior work as a Prosecutor helps him win cases. Hired him on Multiple cases over the years. In 1 case he got Felony charges dismissed. In 2 other cases got my Felony reduced to very minor misdemeanors and simple Probation. In 1 of the Felony case; if convicted; would of violated me but Mr. Meyer, got the judge to agree to let the simple"stay out of trouble Probation continue". You won't find a better attorney anywhere. I remember OJ Simpson's first choice in lawyer's was Paul Meyer (but would of been a conflict of interest). Since CNN had already retained Mr. Meyer & Greta Van Susteran to be the "OJ" Commentators for their network. Read his 1 bad review. The Client acknowledges that he got her major charges reduced to a very minor charge. You can't ask for more of any Criminal Defense Lawyer. He knows how to keep a person out of Jail. Period. I now live in Nevada and Paul Meyer is the equivalent of Our former Mayor; Oscar Goodman, and the Late Mr. Foley ; whom our Federal Courthouse is named after as well.......Mr. Meyer also let me make payments which is hard to believe from such a well connected; prominent Lawyer. Paul’s expertise and caring was so different from other lawyers. I had a difficult case, to say the least, and he not only guided me through the worst, but he achieved way way more than I ever expected. Excellent is the right label!

Paul is an outstanding attorney. My experience with him was second to none. He is very calm, but will give it to you straight when it comes down to the circumstances around your case. He is well connected and recognized by fellow attorneys at the courthouse. My case in particular, had a bit of media attention and he wanted absolutely no part of it which I really respected. I highly recommend you hire Paul when you are facing any sort of criminal matter.

I am now free thanks to Paul. I watched as Paul decimated the other side in court, and was so relieved to get the result I wanted. Thank you!!

I was lost and confused until I met Paul. He helped me separate fact from emotion, and I can tell you there was lots of emotion around a felony spousal abuse. In short order, Paul had questionable evidence against me thrown out and the DA dropped the felony to a misdemeanor even without the thousands of dollars I was looking at for a trial. Paul got the fine down to something I could afford, and the whole thing is behind me with nothing on my record. A "not guilty" would've made me feel good, except for how much time and money it would've cost. Being free right now, that's much better.

I'll admit he got me off some serious felony charges and bumped all the way down to a prety petty misdemeanor. That being said he was only interested in taking a plea. He refused to investigate any of the evidence that was collected by the police during the investigation, including the most important thing which is chain of custody. Fact is he completely ignored me when I said I couldn't be sure everything on what was recovered was mine because I was not the only one who had access to it. Let alone the only peice of evidence that the police had was found by someone else who could have easily returned it to me and did not and was not in my possession for more than 12 hours. He also made no argument to try and get statements that I made to the police without his counsel not thrown out. His argument was that I was not under arrest and willfully made those statements, but even the police admitted that they refused to let me leave during the interogation so how is that not a coerced statement? He also allowed a mistake to be made on the court document that put me on a much more serious level of probation than was neccessary (a public defender who I did not pay a single cent to was able to get off of that after I fired Mr. Meyer, meanwhile he cost 15,000). In my opinion it seems like Mr. Meyer needs to go back to law school 101 and remember that U.S. legal system is set up so that all the defendent needs to do is prove reasonable doubt and they need to be found not guilty. He seems way to interested in you wouldn't be charged if you weren't guilty of something.
