I hired this attorney for my divorce and property settlement. Information that I requested remain private was not kept private between this attorney and I. I fired her as my attorney because of things like this. I hired this lawyer for a simple divorce case. I couldn't reach her by phone for weeks on end. She performed none of the tasks I asked to be done. She was termanated as my attorney having accomplished nothing. I told this attorney that I would need my retainer minus her fees returned ASAP as I would need to hire another attorney. She kept $2,000 of my retainer and then after 3 weeks of constant requests for my refund, she sent the remainder of my retainer as well as a CD containing my entire case for my new attorney to my ex-wife. I am still waiting for a response from this firm as to why she did this.
