Paul helped us with our daughter’s adoption case. We had a very unique case and Paul did a great job listening to us and meeting our demands. Paul explained everything out front and delivered just as he said. We didn’t feel confused about any details throughout our case. My wife and I felt very confident having Paul represent us. Paul was both personal and professional. We couldn’t have found a better lawyer.
I retained Paul in a juvenile dependency case. He knows the law. He is respected. He is no nonsense. He took care of business for my family. I had total peace of mind. I highly recommend him.
I found Paul in my time of need. I had one month till my court date. He worked with me to get everything i need filled and in on time and in order. He was very respectful and generous with his time to fit with my crazy schedule. Once my court date arrived we both arrived early and he was able to help me fight for what was right. I will hire him again if i ever need to!
I'm not satisfied with the comments in my son's school reports. So I met Paul for the free consultation. During the first meeting, Paul was very attentive, understanding and sympathetic. Unlike other lawyers, he was not aggressive, not pushing me to hire him. Instead he provided me an honest overview. He understood my wish to solve the case in a non-confrontational way. Later I hired him to write a letter to school teachers & principles about the issue. Not only was the letter written on time(within the same day), but it was very well written, fact oriented, with my concern for the school report well expressed, and the respect & appreciation for the teachers' work also covered. With the help of the letter, I was able to meet the teachers and got a more accurate version of the school report for my son.
Very nice guy- knowledgeable on his field. will work hard for your case - I appreciate his straight forward answer and explanation to all my question. number in my list-
I'm in the military and had a very unique case. Paul was not only compassionate and understanding but walked me through the process and answered all my questions throughly. My military schedule was very difficult at times and Paul worked around it and went completely out of his way to make me feel at ease. He kept me updated and every meeting we had was planned out. I would HIGHLY recommend Paul to anyone.
I retained Mr. Swiller to assist in an educational issue for my son. I found Paul to be so effective that I also hired him to represent me in my child custody dispute, and referred two friends to him for their guardianship and child abuse needs. I found Paul to be extremely successful in court due to his professionalism, his knowledge of the law, and his ability to both communicate my requests to the judge while also informing the judge as to why my requests were important and best for my son. I highly recommend Mr. Swiller, and will continue to hire him and refer him to anyone with a legal issue involving their children. He is great!!!
Paul was personable and extremely helpful. He expedited and solved our issue.
Paul has been a great attorney to more than 2 of our foster kids. He listens to foster parents concerns and has the best interest of the kids at heart. He is an A+ attorney and is an asset to foster parents
Mr Swiller was afraid of opposing counsel and stated that. Further, he no showed on a court date costing me full custody. And he had the nerve to ask me for $5,000 more after paying him $10,000 for a 5 minute court appearance. I have requested my money back with no returned messages. Keep an eye out for BAR issues with his license.
