Our elderly family member was quite hard of hearing, and at one full-family meeting when we were frustrated with loud repetition and crosstalk, Mr. Stano laughed -- not with us but AT US -- and said the family would be perfect for a funny broadcast on YouTube or America's Home Videos. Utterly disrespectful and unprofessional given Mr. Stano's specialty in Elder law.
