I recommend strongly Attorney Paul Shane, he is very serious, honest, disciplined with great organization, knowledge and experience
MISTER PAUL SHANE IS THE BEST ONE IMMIGRATION LAWYER I NEVER MEET.HE'S HONEST AND HUMAN.THANK YOU MISTER SHANE FOR ALL YOU AS DONE FOR ME AND MY FAMILY MEMEBERS.
I discovered Paul Shane through a small ad in a Boston paper when he had just set up his practice in the area, years ago now. I had a relative in Eastern Europe who had overstayed his student visa and once he returned home he could not get a new visa. He had a basketball scholarship in the US which he stood to lose if he couldn't start classes on time. Paul Shane researched the situation and discovered a tiny loophole, wrote a fax to the US Embassy there detailing his position, then got on the phone with the Consul, and my relative got his visa in the nick of time. It was such a relief. To top it all, Paul charged us a very fair fee of just four hours' work. Some years later I reached out to Paul when another relative was denied a visitor visa on the grounds of having no proof she'd return home. Paul gave us a list of documents to collect, then wrote a fax to the Embassy detailing why my relative satisfied every visa requirement, and supplied documents to prove every single sentence in that fax. It was over 20 pages long. My relative got her visa and has since been back several times and was never denied a visa again. I can highly recommend Paul because he worked with us to keep his fees lower by having us do as much of the legwork as possible. In addition, Paul was always very friendly and happy to explain the process over the phone, and even provide free initial advice.
My wife and I met with Paul for an initial 1-hour consultation regarding citizenship application. He met with us that Saturday (good responsiveness). He seemed knowledgeable, and explained our options to us pretty well; although in the end, I still felt a bit unsure about what the expected outcomes would be. I followed up with a phone call a couple of days later, and Paul was available to answer my questions. We spoke for 15-20 mins. Then 2 months later comes the bill for this follow-up call, for $95... I think that was a bit expensive. The "Recommend" field was required, but I'm not sure if I would recommend or not - I just don't know. Thanks
I was filing for a work visa status extension with Mr. Shane. On my first phone call to him to, I felt very comfortable and he seemed very knowledgeable to my case. I needed to file for a work visa extension. He asked me for a deposit to start working on my case and I gladly gave it to him. He requested a list of paperwork that he required to file for my Visa. After collecting all the paperwork that he requested I went to his office and he made me type out the online application. I thought that was strange, but it really did not bother me too much. He complained that his secretary quit on him. He asked for the remainder of the balance due and I paid him right away. I began to wait for a couple of months, and I didn’t hear back from him. Tried to contact him, no response. Six month passed, and I was getting concerned because my Visa was going to expire. I finally was able to get on the phone with him. And his excuse was that he had an important case to deal with, and he is going to finish my case soon. That did not happen. He had to file for an extension after my Visa had expired. Eventually I received my work visa. Just be aware that once you make your payments to him, he will most likely ignore you and make excuses, which I find extremely unprofessional.
