I never hired Paul because my charges were dropped but he gave me valuable time and insight that helped me understand all the different ways my situation could go. I talked to lawyers who charged three times as much who didn't give the support from the start that Paul did.

I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Ramos and his staff. The legal process I experienced was not fun. mr. Ramos and his assistants were there for me every bit of the way. They answered my questions face to face, by phone and email. Very attentitve firm. Never once felt that I was ignored. In the end, I received a plea that was by far the best sentence I've heard from any peers involved in the same incident.

The first entanglement with the criminal law system is never fun. Well, I guess NO entanglement with the criminal law system is fun! Mr. Ramos managed to make it as bearable as possible, and provided an excellent result that will allow me to live my life. Throughout the process, I was never given any reason to doubt his skill or integrity. He pursued all possible legal routes to benefit me, and was always just a call away. I would recommend him to anyone, and I trust him completely. I hope you never have to face felony charges, but if you do, you will be satisfied indeed if Mr. Ramos represents you. He's awesome!!!

I was convicted of a pretty bad dui. Granted, I didn’t hurt anyone or myself, but my BAC was very high. I wasn’t expecting a lot from a lawyer, just some guidance. Paul was all ears and extremely helpful when we first reached out to him. As soon as I paid the full fee he was like a ghost. My case went on for 2 full years! He only attended 2 or 3 of my hearings. His assistants came to all of them. He didn’t even attend a virtual hearing for my sentencing. I told the judge what vacation time I had at my job and she made the suggestion to the prosecutors to lower my sentence! Before that, Paul was telling me to accept 4 months in PRISON. Because if the judge it was lowered to 2. Whenever I had questions it would take days to a week to get back to me. After I did my time I had many questions and Paul was unreachable. I knew I would be in trouble for this dui. I hired Paul for his help and guidance. I barely got any guidance for 2 years. I don’t suggest hiring someone who isn’t going to be there for you when times are tough. I saw a few reviews who mentioned the same exact thing.

When I retained Paul, he had many ideas and theories as to how my charges will be dropped. By the end of it, he was trying to convince me to take a plea for BOTH felonies I was charged with, and told me if I didn’t i would most likely do 2.5 years in prison, which I regrettably did to avoid time missed with my children, as I’ve never had prior felonies, or ever have done time in prison,OR JAIL. He showed up to only a couple of my hearings, and had assistants of his show up to my other hearings, fashionably late I might add. He took over 6 grand from me, just for me to take a plea that I would have received without him. Do yourself a favor and go with a public defender, or make sure whoever you retain is more than confident in your case.

Okay, first things first, this is my first ever review on ANYTHING and Anyone. For starters, you should know that if you arrested for DUI you have a 95% chance of being convicted. Why? Simple, in the state of Arizona it is illegal for anyone to drive with a BAC Level of 0.01 or higher (although the national level is 0.08) Arizona is a NO tolerance state when it comes to drinking and driving Second, Paul will state that not all arrest actually end up in a DUI conviction which is true. However, it all DEPENDS ON YOUR BAC LEVELS AT THE TIME OF ARREST. If your BAC LEVEL was over 0.08 but under .10/.11 there may be a chance for Paul to work a plea to a (a Wet reckless driving) fees are reduces but the 8 points remain the same. The biggest advantage to this is not having to install an interlock device in your vehicle and of course not being convicted for a DUI Nevertheless, the truth is if you blew over a .10 - .14 there may not be much Paul can do for you and you’ll end up spending a couple thousands on the same deal a public defender may have done for you. Anything over a .15 is to be considered as an (Extreme DUI) in the state of Arizona and the fees and jail time will respectfully increase. Paul may be able to work a plea to a simple DUI (if this is your 1st) but there are no guarantees. In my personal experience, I hired Paul for my case and after reviewing all the documents and time for court he could not even show his face at any of my hearings. Paul will sent out his (assistant) when he knows he can not win your case. I hired Paul, not his assistant! (Lack of a man if you ask me). You should only hire an attorney if you blew under the national limit (0.08) and are still being charged with a DUI in Arizona or if you blew just over the 0.08 in hopes to get the charges reduce to wet reckless driving. If you are in that grey area of .12 to .14 you should stick to the public defender and save your money (because you’ll need it later) take your conviction as a man/woman and move on with your life. The best news is that a DUI conviction can be (set-aside). The state of Arizona offers no (Expungements) of a criminal record; however, set-asides are available for certain convictions and a DUI certainly fits the agenda. Set-asides allows an individual to honestly state they were not convicted of a DUI to an employment application. A set-aside WILL NOT ERASE AN ARREST it will allow change the disposition of the verdict to (Dismissed or Vacated) which is what an employer is most concerned about. Anyone can be charged for anything, it is the disposition of the case that matters, were you convicted above a reasonable doubt or not. The courts will not allow you to apply for a set-aside until all fees are paid, classes are complete, and jail time is served. Also, the courts like to see at least 6 months to 1-year before applying for a set-aside. However, some courts may allow you to set-aside a conviction the SAME DAY if you have the money to pay the fees up right and taken care of your classes before a conviction was handed down. But, this is rare. In closing, depending on what your BAC LEVELS were you should think about what approach to take. Again, if Paul doesn’t believe he can win your case he will not show up, which is low of him to do after you spent thousands. Educate yourself because speaking with any attorney and DO NOT waive your motor vehicle suspension period within the first (15) days. Motor vehicle will suspend your license regardless after a conviction. Requesting a hearing will ONLY DELAY the inevitable. Start your suspension right away and get it out the way. I know all this stuff sucks! But this is the price you pay when getting behind the wheel drunk. Let’s all make Uber richer people! :) Don’t drink and drive it’s serioualy not worth the tears, stress, and headache the collateral damages leave behind. Thank you

Thank you
