Mr. Neuharth recently defended my son in a jury trial. My son was initially charged with three counts that would seriously impact his career. And these were charges my son was completely innocent of. From the first meeting with Paul, he worked hard - always for my son's benefit. He and his staff (Ryan, Christina, Ava) were always professional, organized and available to us. We just finished a three day jury trial and my son was found NOT GUILTY of all charges. I would highly recommend Paul for any type of criminal charge situation. He is simply THE BEST.
As a consultant, I have worked with many defense attorneys over the years. Having worked with Paul in a professional capacity, I can state that he is a very detail-oriented and well-prepared attorney who knows how to get at the heart of the matter and accurately and efficiently present the client's side of the case in the courtroom. Highly recommended.
I've never been in trouble with the law, work with kids, have 3 kids, have a great life, surf all the time, and had a couple of surf punks set me up and basically was going to be charged for battery and assault with a deadly weapon. This group had tried to get me, I avoided issue for several years, but they finally got me. Next thing I know I get a letter and I am going to get fingerprinted with a potential year in jail.....not to mention they were setting me up for a lawsuit. My wife had spoke with someone who knew Paul and I called him. I never had never been in trouble with the law, never had to defend myself, and didn't know Paul. He felt confident he would get me off but I wasn't 100% in yet. The DA was new, got sick, assigned to another DA, delays......all not Paul's fault but it dragged out because of the DA's so I became anxious. Paul asked me if I wanted to go into court and just get it done and I said "no way am I going to sit in a court room like a criminal with people looking at me." I know a lot of people and I work with children and I didn't do anything. There is no way I am going to do that. The next morning he left me a message and I lost it. He got the entire case dropped, vanished, disappeared, and I lost it. I am not an emotional person but I choked up and I cried...a little. I don't cry. I couldn't believe it. Boom. It was over. I was so mad that those surf punks had dragged me into this situation for months but just because Paul got me off didn't stop the danger of me having to confront them again, especially with my 8 year old son. I asked Paul what I can do to keep them away from me. He suggested a restraining order and I said let's do it. Again, another delay by the judge because I had too many witnesses, but that wasn't Paul's fault. Another month but here we go. Now I'm in an actual court room. Never been in court other than traffic tickets. He has everything planned, gets my witnesses up there, performs the most magical feat I have ever seen (I didn't realize what he was doing until afterwards but more importantly the guy I was trying to get the restraining order didn't know either). By the end of the freaking hearing they mistakenly admitted to everything they denied because Paul did some reverse psychology on them and they then became proud to admit their faults because they didn't want to admit the other one and then "BAM" he got them!!!! Case closed and I won my court case with no traces and he got rid of a piece of trash that had been hassling my family. He's a great guy, he's a winner, and someone I am grateful for and admire. Thanks Paul. I am a surfer and have my surf lingo but there is a reason I call you Superman. I know people can say positive or negative things about attorneys and I have no idea what other type of cases you do, I suspect mine was small change, however you took care of me, you took care of my family, and now my family can go to the beach that they grew up on without being bothered. I am forever indebted and extremely grateful for what you did for me. Thank you
After hiring a number of attorney's who badly represented my son i decided to look further more and wisely, I searched the internet for highly best reviews and backgrounds after long hours of search one caught my eye he was attorney Paul H. Neuharth, I immediately gave them a call and I was schedule for an appointment, at first view I was impressed at how kind and professional Mr. Neuharth and his staff were. All my questions and concerns were answered, I left their office with a piece of mind I have never felt before. After hiring Mr. Neuharth I was impress of how fast and quick he started acting, he took my sons special medical needs when before non of the prior attorneys I hired could do it, right there I knew I hired the right person to represent my son. During this whole process they keep me inform before and after any step further. My calls are always answered immediately and all answers are very clear. They are always prepared and on time. Mr Neuharth is currently representing my son on a criminal matter and my experience with him is compared to no other. I highly recommend Mr. Neuharth he is honest, Professional and very knowledged. Mr Neuharth is simply the best attorney in San Diego along with his staff. Thank you very much
From the very beginning, after reading my write-up of my experiences, my lawyer said he thought he could reduce my charge and have the case completed within 4 months. Only 2% chance it would go to trial. It was challenging, with tough lawyers and DAs on the other side. At the 11th hour, after some anxious moments, my lawyer achieved exactly what he promised....a reduced charge and it only took 3.5 months instead of 4. I am grateful that I was able to secure Paul Neuharth as my lawyer. I highly recommend him...he is empathetic, efficient, personable, and excellent at what he does. He is knowledgeable and skilled in dealing with the criminal law system. Without his understanding of all that happens in a criminal case, it could have been a much more harrowing experience. I am very pleased with the outcome.
I was dealing with the California DMV on an out of state suspension which was affecting my California driver's license. I had a hearing at the local driver safety office and the hearing officer suspended my driver's license and Mr. Neuharth didn't think that this was the right thing to have happen. Mr. Neuharth came highly recommend once I started my search for an attorney who had experience battling the California DMV. I hired Mr. Neuharth to sue the DMV and get me my driver's license back. Mr. Neuharth not only won against the DMV, he got me money back. We settled out of court and the DMV had to pay me money! I was so thrilled with the results and felt like no other attorney in town had the experience dealing with DMV and could get me the results he did. I recommend Mr. Neuharth to anyone who needs an aggressive attorney to fight for them!
Mr Neuharth makes a new definition of the word "lawyer". He treated me with non-judgemental respect even though I was in a very intense situation. He put up with my nervous babbling and calmly explained what I was facing. He has put together a staff that is a super-team also so any calls are quickly returned. I recommend Mr. Neuharth to anyone that needs representation. His credentials are not just "brag". He earned them in the trenches. He is down to Earth and very easy to talk with. He is the best lawyer I have ever encountered. Plus, as a man, he told me that he does for his clients as he would like to be done for him if he were in similar circumstances. He really does what he says. He also worked with me on payments because of my situation.
Mr. Neuharth did an excellent job of defending me in a DUI case. Through his assistance and defense, I prevailed in a jury trial, and also with the DMV adminstrative process. I highly recommend Mr. Neuharth without hesitation.
I retained Mr. Neuharth for a DUI in 2003. I could not have asked for better results, worth every penny. More important I have have refered 5 people to him and every one has called me to thank me. When anyone of my friends have someone they know that have a legal problem they tell them to call me for "that attorney's name". This guy is hands down the best. I am an adjuster by trade and have represented the honorable Judge John Einhorn when his house was destroyed in the 2003 firestorm. I have many notible attorney's on my reference list. There is no one else that I would want on my side if ever in trouble.
He always returned his phone calls and kept in touch with me.. My cases results wee very good, and I was happy that I hired him. Was able to get my license back and my DUI reduced.
