Carol Meinhart earned her Bachelors Degree from the University of Louisville in Psychology with a minor in Philosophy and her Law Degree from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law. Carol has been in private practice since 1987 and she has been the Public Administrator in Hardin County for over twenty years. Before becoming a partner with the firm of Musselwhite, Meinhart & Staples, Carol was employed with Greenbaum & Treitz in Louisville, Kentucky.Mrs. Meinhart and her husband reside in Elizabethtown, Kentucky along with their one son.
