As a practitioner for more than 38 years concentrating my practice in the area of matrimonial and family law, I realize that divorce is a very difficult experience for everyone involved, especially the children.  Mediation and Collaborative Law offer non-adversarial ways for each spouse to help create solutions together for themselves and their family.  I am committed to both of these processes as they offer the entire family the best opportunity for resolving their differnces in a healthy and productive fashion.
