Paul handled a very sensitive employment dispute with a company I was formerly employed with. I was being denied a severance after being laid off based on a bogus technicality that my former employer tried to hang over my head to deny severance pay. I hired Paul McNichol to resolve this issue for me, and all I can say is he was amazing! He provided a very personalized legal service and was a pleasure to work with. In the end I wound up being granted my severance in court because my employer was found to have fabricated this technicality in order to deny me my rightfully earned benefits. Thank you Paul McNichol!
