I am a tech-savvy San Diego Family Law attorney who handles dissolution of marriage and domestic partnerships, child custody, child support and spousal support. I offer a personalized collaborative approach to help you through the process. By charging fixed prices for certain defined cases, I am motivated to help you reach a compromise.  I offer an accessible alternative to downtown with an office right across the street from UTC.For contested cases, while I bill by the hour, I bill clients as fairly as possible so I can do the most work that the client hires me for. If a case is brought before a judge, this means focusing my billing on time spent preparing for court and in court and less on short emails with the client. My clients find it much easier to reach me knowing that I respond to their e-mail questions. Clients appreciate being able to share and sign documents electronically as they expect in our modern world. My practice is entirely virtual and paperless. This allows me to access client’s files wherever I am to answer questions they might have.
