I paid $3800 as down payment for this work, stressing one time-sensitive thing I wanted done before leaving on a 3 week trip. I gave him written instructions not to work on anything until I returned because I wanted to check with my CPA before he did any work other than an IRS appeal. He disregarded my instructions and kept my $3800 for which I got nothing AND did not do the one thing I asked him to. I found him to be lacking in knowledge and communication skills, unwilling to listen to instructions and dishonorable. We were left with the option of either walking away from the $3800 or proceeding with him which I could not do because I did not trust him or feel he had sufficient expertise to represent me. I would not recommend him to anyone.
