Go see them if you need assistance on VA or SS disability or have been denied benefits!!! The law office of Paul Drombeck are what a lawyers office should be about, get to the point and be effective! I met with Paul and Tatiana at no charge for a consultation on getting SS and VA disability established. Paul and Tatianna were most helpful, reviewed my medical records, and gave me detailed and specific advice on how to best provide documentation, get the forms filled correctly, and how to handle SS interviews. Based on the consultation, I was prepared for the process and got awarded SS disability with no problems. I'm now working on the VA disability, and Paul and Tatiana are provided assistance and guidance on that as well. 5 stars is not enough!
I was involved in a serious auto accident. Paul was thorough through the over 2 year process and not only did he go after the defendants insurance company but also went after mine since the defendant had minimum coverages. He obtained for me a six figure settlement and had my best interest at heart.
I found Paul when I needed help with my disability, and he explained to me in easy to understand language, what to expect in my case. Paul was courteous and professional, making the whole experience not so overwhelming for my wife and myself. I highly recommend using Paul as your advocate.
When my family and I first went to to Paul we were in a lot of pain, we had just been involved in a major car accident which wasn't our fault. He was very sympathetic to our needs and was willing to do whatever it took to get us the best medical care promptly. Paul is very knowledgeable and since he has insurance backround, he knows the loopholes and knows how to get you every last dime you deserve for your pain and suffering. When it came down to our settlement, we didn't win much so Paul was kind enough to lower his attorney fees just so my family and me can have a little more money in our pockets. I have been involved in a lot of accidents in my lifetime and have hired many attorneys, and Paul is by far the best I know of. I would recommend him to anyone!
Paul has assisted me on a car accident case where I was hit twice by the same drunk driver! He did a great job to help bring me the justice I deserved and the settlement that paid the medical bills and me. I am also a Doctor and I have referred numerous patients to Paul for representation and EVERY person has reported back to me a very positive experience. If you are looking for a detail oriented and thorough attorney, Paul can help you. He's not just creaming cases looking for the "easy money" like some of the larger firms. He really cares and does his best to get his clients all the justice they are entitled too.
I was impressed with the knowledge and expertise with which Mr. Dombeck works. I tried several attempts to do what he did in just a short time. His card is never far away, in case I have any problems. I trust him to get the job done!!!
I did not think I need legal services to process my disability claim, but after almost two and a half years of wrestling with Social Security on my own, I gave up and asked for help. I was referred to Mr Dombeck. He was very kind and respectful. He reviewed my case thoroughly and gave professional representation at my hearing. I would gratefully recommend his services.
As of lately no reply seems to be the standard for this office. Add another one to the list and for anyone thinking of contacting this office for a consultation in the future; don't give too much information up front as they seem to make up their mind on that solely for correspondence or lack of.
I recently contacted this attorney for a consultation. I was researching attorneys as I needed to obtain counsel with ERISA experience. I filed a disability claim thru my employer for psychiatric reasons. I consulted with many attorneys who all said the same thing. They only take mental disability cases whereas there is also a physical disability. I didn't have a physical disability at the time but now appear to be having a lot of trouble with Spinal Stenosis. What gets me is this attorney reviewed my potential claim and rejected to provide counsel as he said my doctors records were all over the place which simply isn't true. I've been seeing my primary care for my entire life and I'm almost 30. All of my phsycians are very professional and have a great deal of integrity. Then a week after his office reviews my claim and deny representation they have the nerve to send me a letter saying "They recently spoke to me regarding a potential claim saying they didn't have a chance to review it even though I was corresponding with this attorney directly via email. They attached the letter which I sent them from the insurance company stating that I intended to appeal my decision and to contact their office if I needed anything from them." This is outright tacky and now that I do have a physical disability on top of my mental disability I sure as hell wouldn't want a firm that can't clearly even keep their consultations organized to represent me on a matter this important.
Due to problems at my end which would make a phone call difficult, I sent an email to the attorney briefly describing my situation, what I was looking for and insights on if this was something that could be handled by his office. I also asked for a return response to the email. I received no response whatsoever and not even a sorry we can't help from the attorney or anyone in the office. This is not appropriate from a professional standpoint and so now I start over trying to obtain a response from another attorney.
