Paul J. Cummings was born and raised in Southport, Indiana. Mr. Cummings was admitted to the Indiana bar in 2001 and is also admitted to practice before the Northern and Southern District Courts of Indiana and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Cummings graduated with distinction from Indiana University (B.S. 1996) and Indiana University School of Law (J.D. 2000).
