For 30 plus years, I have practiced law and helped the people of the Lehigh valley and New Jersey with a focus on honesty, integrity, dedication and knowledge.I practice primarily in the areas of Driving While under the Influence also Criminal Law Defense both adult and juvenile. Nancy, my partner, concentrates in Family law (Divorce, Custody, support) and also handles wills and estates, and guardianships. The legendary Paul Aaroe somehow managed to get me ARD and the bare minimum sentencing for my double DUI case when I was in no position to receive it. Rehired him for a probation violation, walked in the courtroom expecting the worst and wound up leaving with no charge at all. I'd be in the hole instead of typing this if not for Paul. 10/10 Good lawyer and good person.
Paul knows his stuff✌️ I highly recommend him. Paul’s office staff are very friendly and prompt with returning calls
I had four DUIs New Jersey over the past 30 years and you still there to somehow get me 90 days in jail and the rest on parole and probation he is fantastic he works so hard for you I don't trust anybody else
Paul Aaroe was recommended to me by Ed Guyer, another prestigious lawyer. Paul communicated clearly with me his intentions and was diligent in his follow through. With his help, we managed to remove 3 traffic citations and reduced a fourth. Paul was reliable and I am deeply grateful he represented me. He seems to have a good repour in the community and I would highly recommend hiring him for any traffic related issues.
Paul helped me so much in my case. I was charged with leaving the scene because I was nervous and didn't know what to do, he understood my position and was able to eliminate all of my criminal charges and I was left with only traffic charges. Thanks to his connections I only had to go in for one court date instead of 3. I am so grateful with the outcome and he was very kind and willing to work with my difficult schedule. Highly recommend!
Paul is a very knowledgeable attorney and his staff is the best. Paul answered all my questions and truly helped me out. I couldn't have asked for more. He managed to negotiate a great plea bargain for me. I can't thank him enough. You will be treated honestly and professionally.
I made a big mistake and drove after drinking, got caught. The first attorney I turned to was Paul and the search didn't need to go any further. Paul was extremely knowledgeable and upfront and honest. Long story short, Paul and his team worked on my case and were able to get me minimum penalties and all other tickets dropped. If you ever make a mistake call Paul he will not disappoint.
I made a huge mistake and crashed my car after I had been drinking. I ended up getting a DUI, Reckless Driving, and Failure to Maintain Lane Charge. It was my first offense and a situation I never thought I would put myself into. Nonetheless it was my fault and I had to try and figure out the best option to try and help my case. Paul was recommended to me by an aunt and I am SO glad I decided to retain him as my lawyer. Paul and his assistants are extremely professional and never made me feel embarrassed about anything. He listens to you, tells you straight up what some of the possible ramifications are and what he thinks he can do. When it came down to my case, there were a few other circumstances that could have affected the penalties I was going to receive. However, Paul was great and he was able to get the Reckless Driving, and Failure to Maintain Lane charges dropped while pleading guilty to a first offense DUI . In addition to that, he was able to convince the court to give me the very minimum penalties I could possibly receive! If you ever find yourself in a situation similar, I HIGHLY recommend looking into Paul's legal services. It certainly made a big difference and I'm very grateful for that, and that I can finally move on with my life and get on track.
Mr Aaroe was immensely helpful. I needed honest legal help quickly and he provided it. I am so thankful for his knowledge, hard work and professionalism. I am intent on using Mr. Aaroe for all my legal needs in the future.
I'm 40 years old, have 2 sons - a nice house, work from home, coach baseball ... live an average, middle-class American everyday life ... and it was almost all ended - due to a traffic stop via a license-plate read. And I was actually GUILTY of said charge. I was driving under suspension, DUI related. However, there were multiple mitigating circumstances ... I hadn't been in a stick of trouble in 18 years, was the stop valid, why was the license suspended ... I could go on and on about the case, I won't. What I will elaborate on is the fact that Mr. Paul Aaroe is not in it for the 'paycheck'. He's not going to simply take your retainer fee / attorney compensation, do the paperwork and get you a basic 'plea'. Paul Aaroe is an attorney that will get to know his client, your case / personality, etc. and will steadfastly stay on top of your case per getting the best resolution .. and this is with 100% truth-be-told - as I’m sitting in my living writing this, if not for attorney Aaroe, I'd be in NCP's finest]. So, my story: we had our trial at the district court in March 2017, I was facing a 2 year county stint for driving under suspension DUI related 3rd offense, albeit, the first 2 were from 2001, and the 3rd was from a chemical refusal [in 2014]. I was then pulled over in October 2017 from a license-check plate read. Paul suggested I plea out to a driving under suspended DUI related 1st offense, instead of 2 years, I'd only face 90 days ... UGH 90 days, and attorney Aaroe could have ended it right there, and I'd have been dismayed, but 90 days is obviously better than 2 years ... BUT, it didn't end there ... he said we'd appeal ... March 2018 - appeal number 1 in June, nothing resolved, continued {Paul could have simply said, listen, Don, you went from 2 years to 90 days work release, be grateful ... he didn't, he stuck by me and was confident he'd get a much better resolution] ... another continuance in July, which the Judge vehemently said "no more continuances" ... again, Paul could have easily pled this out to a 90 day work release ... he didn't - he worked and worked to get the case on the DA's radar ... and then, he called me ... "Don", he says, "are you having a good day" [in a most disparaging of tones - as he knew he had GREAT news, but just wanted to make me think about it ] ... TRUE STORY ... and I said, well, not sure Mr. Aaroe I'll be having a really shi#@y day, or a most wonderful day since you're calling me regarding the DA's decision ... $200 fine, no loss of license, end of story ... Paul could have easily had me plea to a 90 day work release and sent me up s@#%t's creek months ago [and that's WAY BETTER an outcome than 2 years in County prison], instead, he diligently fought to get my case / our facts - disposition, etc. on the District Attorney's radar [Paul will at the very least get your plea heard … and in my case, he was extremely diligent and very successful] in laying out the facts, going to bat for his client / my case, and now I can continue raising my sons, coaching their baseball / football teams, doing homework, getting them ready for school in the morning, etc. AND, moreover, I didn't even lose my Driver's License [1501a ... anyone reading this will probably know what that is, if you don't it'll be your best friend]. If you're in a jam, and a lot of us are, there's no better an attorney that will fight for you tooth and nail for the best possible resolution for your case than Paul Aaroe. I'm now out of the system, and will NEVER get back in there. Thanks to Attorney-At-Law Mr. Paul Aaroe. Forever thanks for not settling, but sticking by me, and getting the best resolution for me and my family. Sincerely ... DF
