I referred Patric to my friend who's son has several charge, after over 2years hard work, all the charges were dismissed. He is wonderful attorney .I will definitely referral to other friend if they need law help.
I recently had to hire an attorney for my son and was referred to Patrick Valencia. I was a bit concerned mid way because I didn’t feel like there was enough communication however he got the job done getting multiple charges dropped. My son is doing community services and paying a minimum fine.
After 5 grueling years my Partners Immigration case is finally coming to a conclusion. Old records showed 2-Bench Warrants from the 90's still outstanding and our attorney wanted resolution before our next Immigration hearing. My Partner is sick has not worked in 10+ years, we live in Palm Springs and he cannot drive. I have an 8 year old car! Patrick was able to settle BOTH of these warrants, one was for $50,000, the other $1,000 in a very short time. AMAZING. We could not have done it without his help and his great staff! I am so very grateful for his help.
My case was very complicated by the fact that I had to take into serious consideration of the immigration consequences as I am not a citizen. Throughout my case, Mr Valencia was very attentive to exactly what I needed and was always able to find a way to help me out. He was willing to work with my immigration attorneys and accommodate various requests of mine to help ease the negative impact on other aspects of my life, as in my case, things are so much entangled. I highly recommend Mr. Valencia, especially if you have immigration matters to consider. On top of that, the entire VIB law firm operates in a highly efficient and professional manner. The assistants are always courteous and helpful. They always sought to it that my request were fulfilled or related to the attorney in a timely fashion.
Being a law abiding citizen and having never been in trouble with the law, I found myself being arrested after an argument i had with my Fiance, this argument was really not any different from the other 10 heated arguments we have had over 4 years, I have never once hit her, in fact she has hit me on few occasions, this time out of spite she called the Police. Even though there had been no violence, an over zealous SJPD decided to book me, for, Criminal Language and False Imprisonment, (apparently standing in front of someone while talking, even though there are 2 exits, is just that!). Off I went to jail, spent the night and bailed out the next night, my Ex would not give me my car keys or wallet and they slap an automatic restraining order for 4 days, so I was homeless as we lived together, luckily a friend picked me up and eventually got my stuff 2 days later through a third party. After this trauma and a week of wondering what to do, I started to call a few lawyers. I am on a Green Card and my citizenship would be hard to get with these charges. After speaking to a few people, they really did not have any clear solutions or plans and I was feeling more bewildered. Final call to Patrick, explained the situation and he laid out a clear and concise plan of action, In that moment I knew he was the guy and hired him. I spoke to him on many occasions, not being a Pro-Criminal i was jittery and panicked and he made me feel calm and more collected. His 2 pronged attack to quash it, before it went to court, was to speak to the DA and also my Ex to find out what she wanted to do, she did not want this to go to trial or press charges and I actually think she did not realise the gravity of what she had done. The problem in San Jose is the DA takes these cases seriously and usually presses ahead anyway, which is right for actual abusers, but if like me, your a guy thats innocent, its real hairy. Patrick spoke to the DA and Assistants on numerous occasions and eventually got the case dropped. He has open lines of communication, which is important in these situation's. You only need to speak to him for 5 minutes and you can tell he is an intelligent guy, who has deep knowledge of the law and would be a powerhouse in the actual courtroom, obviously I highly recommend him.
I have referred numerous cases to Valencia and Ippolito and my clients have always responded that they received caring and capable service. Obviously, criminal defense situations are quite sensitive, and the team at Valencia and Ippolito performed magnificently. I refer cases to them regularly and always receive very positive responses.
