My husband and I suffered roof damage that required a roof replacement. The claim was rejected and we paid out of pocket for a new roof and internal repairs. We hired Mr. Zurita to represent us in a suit with our insurance company. After many months and effort on his part, he resolved the situation in settlement to our happy satisfaction. I would recommend his services to others.

My wife and I own a beach condo rental in Florida. We received a phone call from the manager of the condominium complex one evening informing us that the neighboring unit experienced a major water leak. In fact, the water intrusion from their unit was so extreme that it leaked into our unit, through our unit, and even into the unit on the opposite side of ours. We were appalled when we drove out that night to witness the damage that occurred. By then, the manager had contacted a company who had begun the process of water damage remediation. The water damage remediation was quite extensive which included the removal of all of our carpeting, the majority of the baseboards, and creating holes in the walls to allow for the ventilation needed to permit proper drying. As a result, we contacted our insurance company who sent an adjuster. However, the proposal for payment for our loss failed to include the service provided by the water remediation company (which was several thousand dollars) and showed a significant deduction for what the company considered to be depreciation. My wife and I felt as if the insurance payment was insufficient for the reasons just noted. For this reason, we hired an attorney, Patrick Zurita, Esq., who represented this claim on our behalf. Mr. Zurita successfully negotiated full coverage of the cost of the water remediation plus a significant increase in the coverage of monies required to help recuperate the expenses associated with our loss. My wife and I found Mr. Zurita to be extremely professional. He was very sympathetic to our concerns. He was very responsive to our requests and obviously effective in achieving a favorable outcome. We highly recommend Mr. Patrick Zurita based upon our experience with this unfortunate occurrence.
