Steven Pyle is an absolutely fantastic lawyer! He not only fights LNI relentlessly, but he also genuinely cares about his clients. I am continually impressed with his ability to track my current state of recovery and to navigate the difficult waters of LNI. When I was initially injured I fought LNI alone for three months and they were about to wrongfully close my case. I was also having trouble convincing them that they had set my wages incorrectly. It didn’t matter how many letters I sent or how many phone calls I made to my claims manager. Nothing I did made any difference whatsoever and their letters never explained how they arrived at any conclusions. It’s hard enough to be injured and in pain, much less to fight an entity that is so complicated and beyond logic. I was genuinely injured, I legitimately needed care, and I was starting to feel hopeless. I sought out Steven in hopes that he could persuade LNI to fix my wages and help me get the care that I need. The minute I signed the paperwork designating legal counsel, all of the relentless letters from LNI stopped. I no longer dreaded looking in my mail box wondering what LNI had sent me today. Every order, every threat, and every confusing letter went directly to Steven. I have never once had to worry about what LNI is doing because Steven is keeping them accountable and he’s making sure that I’m getting the care that I need. Here we are two years and four months into my injury and my case is still open. I’ve had two knee surgeries and there might be a third knee surgery depending on my recovery from the second one, which I just had. I’ve had more physical therapy sessions than my doctor has ever prescribed to a single patient in his entire career. My injury has been complicated, difficult, and draining to say the least. Without Steven I wouldn’t be where I’m at right now, so far LNI has paid almost $200,000 for my case and if it was closed after three months I would be drowning in debt right now. Even if you think that your injury is small, seek legal counsel to determine whether or not that is the case. Initially an urgent care doctor and an orthopedic surgeon told me that I was not a surgical candidate and that all I had done is hyperextended my knee. They said that I would be better in 2-3 months and there was nothing to worry about. Here we are two knee surgeries, over a hundred physical therapy visits, and multiple very expensive injections later. I’ve missed almost nine months of work and without my case remaining open, this entire ordeal would have been absolutely catastrophic to my life. Steven Pyle is the only reason that I have made it this far and that LNI has paid for all of this. Do not wait, do not let your case get closed, do not go to a supposedly independent IME without a lawyer, and do not think for one second that you can beat LNI on your own. LNI is designed to beat the average person and if you are not specifically trained in the way it operates, you’re going to lose. Right now you’re probably low on money, you’re hurt, you’re stressed out, so help yourself and call Steven. They don’t require any money up front to retain a lawyer, all they ask is for a tiny portion of your settlement and a small portion of any back pay that they help you receive. Steven Pyle is worth ten times whatever you end paying him and every time he takes the money that I owe him, I never bat an eye because he’s worth that and so much more. I can’t say enough positive things about Steven Pyle and Palace Law.

Patrick Palace took my case several years ago after I tried to handle it on my own. My case was an extremely difficult case, but I soon found out how all my issues were taken care of. The Palace team were always very helpful and friendly. I listened to Mr. Palace and not once was given wrong advise or bad directions on which Avenue to go. Before I hired Patrick I was 4th old by Labor and Industies medical team that there wasn't anything wrong with my leg and that I was back 100% capable to return to my job of employment which was with the Dept. Of Corrections. If I could go back and talk to myself I would first tell myself to stay away from the first surgeon. Second I would hire Mr. Palace right from the atart.

Brian from Palace law has been excellent to work with. He's been very very informative, he's helped us with everything we needed and simplifies it so that we can understand everything that's going on. So far it's been a real pleasure working with them.

I am submitting my review more so as a testament to how Patrick Palace supported me: After six years Patrick gave me and my family something more the any monetary amount could do, Patrick lifted a cloud on my combined injuries by obtaining a Life Pension (transferable to my wife on my death). We never thought we would be able to see the light at the end of the tunnel, we had reserved ourselves that it was grim and were destined to only maintain our lives at where we are. Patrick showed us that we could see a brighter future and I and my family will for ever be grateful for his support. Would I recommend Patrick, Yes. A good friend of mine recommended I contact Patrick, he believed he would be able to help me. My friend had undergone a similar situation with LnI also. I am very appreciative to my friend and Patrick for his caring nature and knowledge of the law. He did give us hope, we can pull ourselves up and there is someone to help the injured worker, and that is Patrick Palace. Thank You Patrick

When you begin an L&I case it feels very much like you are being punished for being injured. The L&I Department’s job is to get you back to work as soon as possible and sometimes this is not in keeping with your recovery needs. Trying to communicate with the department is frustrating and the rules can be difficult to understand. This frustration created more stress and worry on top the damage that my assault had caused. When Patrick took over it was like a burden being lifted from my shoulders. I could finally let go of the worry about who was looking out for my needs and concentrate on getting better. Not only did Patrick succeed in relieving me of the worry but he also achieved the best possible outcome for me. When it came down to pay he also didn’t even take all that was allowed by the laws but once again put my needs first. Patrick is a great man and a wonderful attorney.

I was referred to Pat and his team by a relative of my wife, also in the legal profession. She knew Pat Palace and her legal advice to call him was the best advise I had received in a very long time. From the first moment that I walked into the office, I felt like they cared about me and my family, I just wanted to focus on healing and returning back to work. I felt like I had been stripped of my livelihood not being able to work. Palace Law made sure that my paycheck was always there which was a huge burden off my mind. They always stayed in contact with me, no surprises, another HUGE stress reliever when dealing with L&I. I remember going to the mailbox hoping to find my check & found another hurdle or hoop if you will before I could pay my bills or even put food on the table. Palace Law made my life livable, I did everything needed to follow through with my part of the process which is very important and key your success. My family is very important to me as yours is. I referred another family member to Palace Law because I knew he was in great hands as I was. Pat Palace and his team truly care about you, your family, your success.

Years of pain and stress. I could not work and had no income. Three previous attorneys gave up on me. I was told my case was too complicated, so I called Patrick Palace. Patrick and his staff turned my whole world around. Patrick and his staff care about their clients. They really know how to ask the right questions. They check up on their clients and always keep them informed. Patrick Palace is without a doubt, the hardest working and smartest Attorney I have ever met. His knowledge and skill settled my difficult cases. Don’t give up and lose hope, turn your case over to Patrick. I did!!

I sustained a back injury on the job and filed an L&I claim for compensation which was denied. Just when I was ready to give up hope I was told by a friend to contact Patrick Palace. I contacted Palace Law Offices and spoke directly to Patrick, he was kind and compassionate and for the first time I felt that it wasn't all about money. Palace Law Offices accepted my case, they provided the best representation possible, my L&I claim was opened and through Patrick's representation I received the compensation I was due. I very rarely make recommendations but in this case I highly recommend the services of Palace Law Offices.

Before coming to Palace Law I had 9 different Vocational Counselors work on my case. Finally, after an IME doctor lost my file, I knew it was time to get an attorney. I was referred to Palace Law by a friend, and I am so grateful for that referral! My experience with Patrick and Palace Law was great. You guys were able to take care of everything. Had I not come to you, The Department would’ve just thrown me to the side. There were months that would go by with no word from The Department, and when I’d finally talk to someone it would be a different Vocational Counselor every time who would know nothing about my case. Coming to Palace Law took the entire burden off of my shoulders. I trusted you guys to handle it, and you did! I thought I was too young for a pension and was shocked when I got one. What a relief! Thank you, Palace Law. - Diane T.
