He seems to be highly competent at every day legal work, but is abominable when it comes to returning phone calls. I missed an important filing deadline because the firm didn't update my address in their systems and sent important corporate filing papers to the wrong address, and didn't bother following up with me when I didn't reply to the original letter. Ignored my phone calls, now I have to pay a late fee of several hundred dollars and I have personal liability since my corporate status is now dissolved. All because the firm couldn't return phone calls.
