After I was falsely accused of a crime and was assigned ineffective assistance of counsel, Patrick appeared from out of the blue, took my case, and got the charges dismissed. I don't think I spoke with him or corresponded with him for more than a half hour total, yet he quickly grasped all the issues and worked directly over a period of months with the parties to dismiss. He is an exceptionally intelligent, experienced, and compassionate attorney, overlain with quiet vitality and a sublime self-confidence. I will forever be in his debt.
Patrick Lackie helped with my DUI case years ago. He is very professional and easy to talk to. He made everything clear to me about my case from the start. This gave me piece of mind moving forward.
Mr. Lackie represented my wife over a old assault related to her mental illness. He had the case dismissed, and did an excellent job at keeping things simple and non traumatic for her. He also looked big city smart, and we were fortunate to have him as public defender, I doubt we could afford what his time was worth.
Mr. Lackie was my court appointed attorney. Very pleasant upon first meeting and established a plan of action in the first 20 min. For the first time ever "Innocent Until Proven Guilty" applies. My case was dropped. Can't get much better than that!
Patrick Lackie was appointed to me by the court after I was unable to pay for a very expensive lawyer. I initially was nervous but as soon as I met with Patrick he was very honest and helpful with every question I had. He helped me negotiate a deal that allowed me to get my cases differed and I am forever grateful that one bad decision didn't have to affect my future. On my way out of the courthouse for the time, I found myself stuck when I was unable to start my car and being 120 miles from home I didn't know what to do. As I was getting ready to call and cry to my dad, i see Patrick Terrance Lackie, like an angel, walking across the parking lot. He stops to help me and we try to jump start my car but with no avail, we concluded my battery was dead and id have to get a new one. Patrick not only drove me to get a new battery but also helped me install it. I would recommend Mr. Lackie to anyone who needs a compassionate and devoted lawyer.
mr. Lackie really helped me with my dui case, he kept me filled in on everything we had to take care of. Very knowledgeable and very personable.
We used Patrick for a situation my daughter got involved in concerning possession of stolen property. Patrick is a former prosecutor and not only knows the law and legal system, but how the prosecutors office works. He was able to give great advice, set a plan of action and best of all execute on that plan to our favor. I would certainly recommend Patrick and if for some reason needed his services again would call on him for legal advice and representation.
Pat Lackie helped me big time with my case. I would recommend him to anyone here in bellingham. He likes to understand who he is dealing with and likes to make sure if he has covered everything he possibly can befor it comes down to it. Pat Lackie. Good man. Good attorney.
I had a parking lot bump, got out and checked but saw no damage and left. Then I got an aggressive cop banging on my door and charged me with a hit and run. There was a small amount of damage after-all. This is considered a misdemeanor and can impact future insurance and drivers license renewals. Also, being unemployed made all the legal and court costs involved all that more difficult to manage. Patrick took the case and made the legal fees easier to handle. He did all the paperwork and got all the ducks in a row, so when it was time to go to court he was able to have the charges dismissed with prejudice, (which is a good thing).
Patrick came highly recommend by one of my family members who had used him in the past. He walked me through every aspect of my case. He was on time at every court appearance and kept me informed on every change in my case. Patrick got me off on the charges and i received the lowest about of probation possible. I would use him again and i highly recommend him.
