Patrick was refereed to me by the Alabama Bar Association, i contacted Patrick on Mon Sept 19 2016 regarding a malpractice lawsuit against Aspen Dental, I gave him all the details and was told because it was in Bessemer, AL he thought we would have a good case, After I sent him all my information, ever time i called his office i would ended up getting either his voice mail, his work from home assistance with a baby crying in the back ground or line would get disconnected. He never returned any message i left with his assistance or voice message, I even emailed him and still no replay. On Nov 21 2016, i finally got a letter from him telling me he was not going to take my case. After months of trying to find another lawyer, i got a voice message from him asking for my records so he could add them to a class action case. Once again i sent him my information and once again no communication with his client whats so ever, Every time i called i would still got his voice message, his work at home assistance or disconnected. I hired Mr. Hays after he contacted me and requested to represent me. I met with him a couple of times to discuss my case but then weeks went by and I never heard from him. I finally got into it with him a couple of days before my court date and he assured me he would be there to represent me, the day of court he never shows up and had never registered with the judge as my lawyer so my court date got pushed by his request. A month went by and I was only able to get in touch with him once or twice and he still guaranteed me he would be there to represent me. By this time it is too late to get another lawyer. I received a letter in the mail the day before my court date saying he was dropping me as a client. Needless to say I lost my case due to lack of representation.
