We have a lease termination issue that required swift reaction. Patrick is extremely responsive and - from our layman's perspective - very competent and pragmatic. He also follows through and remains available for follow up questions without having "the meter running" at all times. While the issue is not resolved yet, the first battle was won with Pat's help.
We came to Patrick with a lease termination and debt liability issue looking for a qualified opinion and guidance for next steps. Patrick has been extremely responsive and knowledgeable (at least for legal laymen like us). At no point he tried to make the issue bigger or more complicated than it was (something many lawyers love doing). We would go back anytime and will update the review once the matter is closed.
Attorney Patrick Drueke and his firm have provided me with a high level of professionalism and service. Patrick is currently representing me in a commercial Real Estate commission dispute in which I'm very pleased with the progress and direction of the case. As a new Real Estate broker I'm thankful to have someone like Patrick to rely on for legal counsel for years to come. In addition to excellent legal counsel, Patrick goes above and beyond by freely connecting me with professionals in his network to help grow my business. Outside of Real Estate Patrick recently represented me in executing the sale of my small business and assets. I would highly recommend Patrick and his firm to anyone in need of legal counsel.
Patrick Drueke is my attorney. You have my highest recommendation to contact Pat today. In the last two years I can think of three situations where Pat's counsel was critical to a successful outcome for all sides. One was a commercial lease. One was helping us revise terms to win a construction agreement. The final was a stressful negotiation. My favorite illustration of why I have been a client of Pat's since 2006 is this: The afternoon before leaving for Japan (2007), Kristin and I realized we may need a real estate power of attorney drafted in case a buyer for our home presented themselves while we were gone. Guess who showed up within hours, document in hand, on his way home from the office? You got it, Pat Drueke! On occasion, Pat and I catch up socially. Every interaction - business, civic, and social - I have found Pat to be genuine, professional, bright, and talented in his practice. Another impressive accomplishment of Pat's is that he is the only attorney I know to have passed the LEED-AP exam. Okay, so I guess that settles it...you want Pat to be your attorney. The next step is to reach out and see if his practice is a good fit for your unique needs.
Patrick reviewed our existing construction contracts. He had a vast amount of knowledge to contribute. Once reviewed, he did a great job explaining what was lacking and what needed to be revised. He also did a great job explaining the WHY of the recommended changes. He was very thorough and added a lot of necessary content, while provided a good turn around time.
