Hired Briggs in 2008 to consolidate cases on DUI. He failed to contact other jurisdictions to consolidate the cases. Cases remain open and came back to haunt me. When I called him about this recently he did not reply nor has he done anything to help me resolve the remaining issues after 3 years. In 2008 he said all cases had been handled and my record was clear.......not true.
