Pat represents creditors in complex bankruptcy and creditors' rights matters, and has extensive commercial litigation experience with an emphasis on contracts, real estate, and UCC issues. He is also experienced in commercial real estate matters, and has represented clients in the purchase and sale of businesses and business assets. After graduating magna cum laude from the University of Illinois College of Law in 1985, Pat moved to Arizona, where he has been practicing law for the past 29 years.
